Crane day & install
Old unit removed, curb adapter set, new RTU rigged into place, electrical and gas re-connected, controls wired, condensate routed.
Start-up & commissioning
Refrigerant charge verified, airflow balanced, control sequences tested, economizer calibrated, owner walk-through.
Inspection & closeout
County inspection scheduled and passed. Closeout package — permit, equipment registration, warranty docs — delivered.
